Born on the 9th of June 1981 in Salvador Bahia ( Brasil ), but soon adopted from an italian family at the age of 7 moths old.

Now she lives in a quite town in the North of Italy with her family and her cat.

She begun to play a musical instrument in 1995, when her parents give her a key - board, but then she also experimented the saxophone tenor ( I didn't like it that much ) and classic guitar.

Mariah Carey and Celie Dion were the divas with whom she learnt how to sing, or well, she tried to learn how to sing as better as she could.

In 1996 Anaïs received some grandpiano lessons. They will be very useful in the future, but maybe they had been too little.

In 2002 she sung in a female choir. A good experience but it didn't go on so long. Some months after she gave it up and continued her solo career.

Her father gave her a classic guitar as her 17th birthday gift and she tried to learn how to play ( self - taught as usually ! ).She writes some songs which she had never recorded.

The greatest change in her compositions came with the powerful Mac program "Garage Band". So, she discovered another kind of music, the electronic, and this discovery gave birth to First.

Anyway, Anaïs didn't forget her first love and she came back on her grandpiano compositions to record some old songs: Fragmented Memories is a return to her classical origin.
